Tomorrow Burns are a new band hailing from the West Midlands in the UK! They are a 5-piece band playing 80’s style punk rock with a modern touch which also includes a mega-phone!

Having seen them play only their third gig last Saturday opening up for the Subhumans I wanted to hear more so vocalist Dave Jones handed me their nine-track CD at the end of the night!

What do I think?

This album kicks off with Disorder which is a great opening track and soon we’re into kick-ass tracks such as The World’s Not Safe Anymore, Tomorrow Burns, Slaves To The System and soon closes with Guns & Knives.

There’s eighteen minutes of solid eighties punk rock filled with solid guitars and those bass lines all kept in time with some top drumming. Let’s not forget Dave’s vocal delivery which comes at you like a punch in the face!

Tomorrow Burns has the potential to take this much further and lets hope they do! 8.5/10
