This is the debut album from Brazilian punk rock band Fantazmaz which features Jamie Oliver the former drummer of UK Subs. These are a fab band and with it they’ve delivered a kick ass album from start to finish!
This self titled album delivers some fast and furious punk rock but maintaining top tunes. Tracks such as Dead On The Way Home, Distortion, Scars Of Downtown and the closing track Just Before Hell Comes Around really do grab you by the throat.
I don’t get to hear much punk rock from the Latin American region these days but with bands like this producing top tunes I have been missing out!
Not only is this a great album on a music level I give full marks to the production too! This self titled album is very powerful stuff!
If you dig fast and furious punk rock then Fantamaz are certainly the band for you! 9/10
