This isn’t the greatest album in the world but I can safely say this is a honest album and with it a decent listen! They’re 5 guys having a great time and enjoying playing the kind of punk rock they love. Imagine Penny Wise meets 90’s British punk and you get an idea to what the The Skate Punx sound like.

For your money you get twelve tracks which last just over thirty minutes. This album kicks off with No Retreat No Surrender and then its full steam ahead with tracks such as True Meaning, A World With No Regrets, Ringing In My Ears, Life Long Bond and closing with my favourite track A Broken Soldier.

Production wise could have been a bit thicker sounding but that’s just a small pointer which wont really spoil your listening experience. A long with that you get a tasty CD cover and if you’re like me you’ll need a magnifying glass to read the words!

Give this album a go! 7/10
