In my opinion Paranoid Visions are one of the best bands to come out of Ireland along with the likes of the Cranberries and Stiff Little Fingers. What more they’ve kept it pretty much DIY making their music accessible and this package is no different!

These early releases can be purchased individually or as bundle!

These releases are as follows:

Early Singles – Is made up of the first 3 singles.
Schizophrenia – Is Paranoid Visions debut album.
City Of Screams – Originally a mini album!
I Will Wallow – Originally a maxi EP.

These releases come with their original covers and each release has a different vinyl colour. The only thing I would like added is inserts telling the stories of each release but that’s just a small gripe!


There’s some great punk rock played throughout and I’ve not found one filler on these releases. These Paranoid Visions releases have been pretty consistent quality wise and I’ve even found the energy to jump about to them!

Lyrically the band sing about their experiences in Ireland and other issues that were relevant back in the 80’s. Some of these issues are sadly still relevant today!

If you love the DIY / Anarcho punk sound these releases are a must! Paranoid Visions stood out from the crowd with their diverse and solid sound and they’re still relevant 40 years on!

Although while not a huge fan of re-issues I’m loving what Paranoid Visions are doing here because I didn’t have all those releases back in the day and the ones i had on tape are long gone! 9/10
