The is the new album from Desperate Measures and I’ve pretty much played Sublime Destruction for a week now and I’m loving it even more by every play!
From the opening moments of the opening moments of the opening track Back To The Rats I knew this was going to be very cool album. No one’s daft enough to put a really strong track at the beginning of the album and my theory was proven correct as I went deeper into this record!
Desperate Measures manage to bring the energy of their live show into this release and this can be heard on tracks such as the title track Sublime Destruction, Enjoy The Ride and Thinking Of England.
The cool rock n roll numbers really do stand out and if you are unsure about Sublime Destruction then rock n roll isn’t your thing baby!
On top of a fantastic record is the production that really brings out the best of this London based band and if you really need to have a listen to appreciate the high stand of music on here!
I’m already sure this is in line for one of the best releases of 2024 and I don’t say that lightly either! I’m just blown away that some serious hard work has been put into this release and it’s paid off!
Put it this way if this band were American everyone would be all over them!
